We took the diamonds
Down in South Africa

We live in mansions.

Coal-burning smokestacks
And coal ash rivers,
Mountain-top removal,
And the toxic fish there,
From a drowning polar bear,
To the oil that’s spilled there,
This land was made to be all mine.

We poisoned oceans
And all your rivers.
All our pollution
Goes in your air.
We stripped the forest
Down in the Ama-A-Zon.
Their land was made to be all mine.

Before you know it,
We’ll own the water,
