Hi Anna.

Thanks for writing. Good luck with your worm farming efforts. Let us know how it goes. (Perhaps you'd even like to write a post for us?) We'd love to hear about your progress!

Hi Bob.

The Somervilles tried to contact you last night, but had one character wrong in your email address, and the message bounced back. They are lovely people, and I want to be sure you know that they haven't ignored your request. They will be in touch with you very soon.

The websites you sent should be helpful to anyone who's doing vermiculture or vermicomposting. Thanks for the suggestions.

Also, your registration was successful. You should be receiving an alert about our posts every day but Sunday. Thanks for registering! We're glad you're here. And keep letting us know what you think; we love getting feedback.

Hi Julia, thanks for the nice reply. I really do like the looks of that tumbler. I think it has many uses for wormers. But alas I guess the Somervilles are not willing to share. That's life.

I've only been at the worm business for a short time. I started in August because I couldn't find anyone locally selling worms. I'm trying to go 100% organic with everything I want to grow. I've only done seminars for 2 kids garden groups and 2 grade school science classes and I'm learning as I go. Mine is a very small "hobby" business. Most of my business comes from referrals I get from local nursery and garden centers. I've also had a few referrals from the County Extension Agent.

A lot of what I've learned comes from 2 websites that I visit frequently. You might want to visit them. They are both great places to learn about worms vermiculture and vermicomposting.
         www.redwormcomposting.com and www.thewormdude.com

Well thanks very much for trying to help me out. I'll be visiting your site regularly and we can talk again. Keep up the great work. I like both your's and Joe's writing style.

P.S. I tried registering, but the password I received wouldn't work. Maybe my eyesite isn't good enough, but 12 characters, numbers, letters both upper and lower case, and characters just to hard to remember.

Sincerely,
Bob Packard

Hi Bob.

Your work with children sounds wonderful! We'd love to hear more about it. I'll shoot you an email. Perhaps you'll share more of what you're doing so we can tell our readers.

We try to protect our writers from a flood of inquiries by protecting their contact information. I have forwarded your message to them. It will be up to them to contact you if they wish. I hope you understand.

Just so you know, I initially had the wrong description below the tumbler. Take a look once more to find out what the tumbler really does! (You may find you don't need to hear from the Somervilles after all.)

The BPGL team is very glad you stopped by — even if it was by accident. Welcome!

Hi Guys, Stumbled on to your site by accident. I believe wholeheartedly in what your doing. I'm trying to do my part by worm composting all of my organic waste. Also by doing seminars for children's garden and science classes. I'm 71 years young and spent many years spoiling the planet and am trying to make up for lost time. By raising compost worms and teaching others I'm trying to help.

I'd like to ask a favor of you. I'm trying to reach the Somerville's to get more information on the hand turned tumbler featured in your article. I'd like to make one like it. If possible could you forward my request to them?

I did some internet research to phone them and left a message on their answer machine but haven't gotten any response.

Thanks for your help.

Sincerely, Bob Packard
